Needless to say, there were many days I didn’t shower till 1-2 pm. I would not take a shower or get dressed on those days until I exercised. The journey began by googling 10-15 minute CORE Youtube videos. I used to work in NYC four days a week so Friday through Sunday were my days to get in shape.
